Terms & Conditions of Hire

Payment Terms:

20% Deposit required at time of booking.
Payment of remainder of full amount required on date of event (Cash or Bank Transfer).

Cancellation Policy – Deposit and Payment

Should the Client cancel all or part of this booking dB Live Sound reserves the right to charge the following:
Over 6 weeks prior to the function date no charge (deposit will be refunded)
6 weeks to 2 weeks prior to function date 25% of contracted anticipated spend
2 weeks to 1 weeks prior to function date 50% of contracted anticipated spend
1 weeks to 2 days prior to function date 75% of contracted anticipated spend
1 day to function date 100% of contracted anticipated spend
